I questioned, asking her how and why I would be able to know the future in order to know which downloads would work and which would not. After 2-3 weeks "Alice" told me that since the issue came up AFTER I HAD PURCHASED AND DOWNLOADED THE GAME THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE. I instructed her to check HER EMAIL TO ME to find out what actions I had taken. I would follow the directions and contact "Alice" and told her nothing had changed, Brilliant person that she obviously is, asked me what actions I had taken to correct the issue. They gave me several tasks to perform to (hopefully) take care of the issue. It took THREE emails to Wild Tangent Support before the replied. I went on the Support tab to ask that they either correct the game or return my money. initially worked correctly and after a bit I would get an error code. With two of the games, "Christmas Wonderland 4" and "Christmas Wonderland 5". I purchased several games from Wild Tangent I have some medical issues and wanted games, books, videos etc.
